Not meaning to be picky but weren't paper patterns part of Dress Fabrics?  I am sure the first photo is looking towards Queens Road doors. Perhaps the layout changed after I moved to High Wycombe?

My Grandmother used to work in the department (Marjorie Hutchinson.)  Sadly she has just passed away.  I would love to hear from anyone who remembered her, any memories or stories.  I am writing a book about her life and would love to include anything you have to share.
Thanks, Nick

I remember Eileen and Sue.  Sue used to help with the childrens parties.  Trewins was the best.  Great old fashioned service, with a smile, bring back the old days...
